SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS .
Free shipping is applied when you spend over $75 as a courtesy of The Levels Warehouse.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only with the exception of local delivery orders. Most orders are shipped 7 business days from the order date and should arrive between 1-3 weeks. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.Once your item is shipped we will email your tracking number. Once your package leaves our offices we are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen. Orders may be delayed in shipment if out of stock. When items are out of stock in our LA office we ship directly from our warehouse. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the day you've received your item(s).
Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or given credit.
Refunds are not given.
For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, or store credit,the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner intact and must be accompanied by the original customers reciept as proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the shipping fees in the process of returning/exchanging your merchandise.
